Returns & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.foreversports.com.au operated by AUME Pty Ltd. Forever Sports seeks to comply with all current legislation in relation to your right as consumer.

  1. What is warranty covered?

This Limited Warranty covers all manufacturing faults, defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Forever Sports will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty. The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins from the purchase date of the product from Forever Sports.

  1. Warranty details and period
  • Vehicle Body: 12 months. Includes: Deck, Front Fork and Neck, Rear Fork, Stem, Handlebar Folding mechanism, Spring Cable, Bottom Cover, Kickstand.
  • Electrical Components: 12 months. Includes: Front Wheel or Rear Wheel Motor, Power board, Control Board, Electronic Throttle, Electronic Brake, Headlight and Rear lights
  • Battery: 12 months. Includes: Battery, Battery Charger, Charging Port
  1. What is not Covered?
  • Damage caused by product misuse or abuse like (but not limited to) dropping, collision, jumps, grinding, heavy shaking, abrasion, bad storage or freestyle activities.
  • Damage caused from water ingress – your scooter is not waterproof from rain or ground matter
  • Damage caused by incorrect fitment, installation or assembly
  • Damage caused by overloading, over the designed maximum load
  • When the product or any of its components have been opened, altered or modified by someone other than the manufacturer or authorized repair centre
  • When the warranty period has expired
  • When the warranty or serial label is altered or removed
  • Tyres, brake, fender, handlebar grips, decals and board tape/grip board are not covered under warranty as they are considered wear and tear items
  • Moisture or humidity conditions, which will cause damage to the battery and electric system
  • High temperature conditions, including locking the battery in a car under excessive temperature conditions
  • People who are not the Original Purchaser as listed on the Receipt
  • Limited warranty of 3 months for commercial use
  • Freight is not covered nor refundable under warranty
  1. You are entitled to a full refund or exchange under our cost if the following requirements are satisfied:
  • If item was received defective or was sent wrong, please contact us with photo evidence within 14 days of item received. The defective/wrong item may need to be returned to us and the replacement will be sent at our cost, or a full refund will be issued
  • The item is wrongly described (misleading).
  • PLEASE NOTE: Consumable parts or accessories provided CANNOT be the reason for refund. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for all cost occurred.
  1. You are entitled to a warranty repair if the following requirements are satisfied:
  • Free warranty repair if it is not within 14 days of item received but under 1 year warranty period.
  • Warranty repair if it is out of 1 year warranty period. We will charge spare parts fee and labour fee with a reasonable price.
  • Any transportation of returns will be arranged at the expense of the customer
  1. Change of mind Returns.
  • A return request should be made within 7 days of receiving order (based on courier delivered date). Products need to be returned at buyer’s expense in a resalable condition and 100% complete condition, including all components, original boxes, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  • In other condition’s products returned (g., Used/broken/scratched by customer) , 20%-70% depreciation fee plus $20 of restocking fee will apply to cover the labour costs of picking or repacking the item.
  • Original Freight costs are not refundable under any circumstances. For free shipping items the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the purchase amount.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above requirements. PLEASE NOTE: We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. Most of the online orders will be directed to courier company, so if you change your mind to cancel the order, it might not be right on time to cancel the process of transit, postage could not be refunded at this situation, our system and courier company need at least 24 hours to react.
